Within my immediate circle, at least three people that I know have had to go through some kind of restoration work and by far 911 Restoration offered the best service and outcome. They gave pricing up front, they managed insurance (versus some other companies that say they will but don't really), they walked me through the process from beginning to end. They were in contact each step of the way. I always knew what was happening and where I stood with them and with the claim. I can't recommend them highly enough. Many services in the Reno area are really not good if not nearly criminal in the way they treat clients. 911Restoration was truly exceptional. Amanda brings a lot of heart to her job. I wouldn't go anywhere else. They gave a quote for what the job might take. In the end they charge for only what they had to do which was a little less than the quote. But I was glad to have a company that came in lower than their original bid rather than higher. That doesn't happen much in my world. 🙂
